TEACHERS ARREST TRACED TO ONE SHARED GOOGLE DOCUMENT

Welcome to Arrest Stories. A twenty-six-year-old science teacher at a private Jewish academy in Palm Beach County has been arrested and charged with unlawful sexual activity with a minor after allegedly engaging in sexual encounters with an underage student both on campus and at his apartment. Here's what may have happened.

On December third, two thousand twenty-five, Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies took Elias Gordon Farley into custody following allegations of inappropriate sexual conduct with a student at Donna Klein Jewish Academy, located west of Boca Raton. Farley is being held without bond.

According to police reports, the inappropriate relationship between Farley and the underage student began as casual conversations during late spring of two thousand twenty-five. The communication escalated over the summer through exchanges on a shared Google document that contained explicit entries describing sexual activity and planning when they would meet privately.

The first physical contact allegedly occurred in mid-September inside Farley's office, where police say he touched the student beneath her clothing. The encounters continued for weeks in both his office and classroom. By late September and into October, investigators say Farley engaged in sexual acts including oral sex and intercourse with the student inside a classroom on campus. Additional sexual encounters allegedly took place at Farley's apartment through November.

School surveillance video from November seventh reportedly showed Farley and the student entering his office together and later entering a classroom. On November fourteenth, the student confided in an art teacher and showed bruises and bite marks, according to the police report.

Donna Klein Jewish Academy released a statement saying the school is cooperating fully with law enforcement. The statement read, "We are steadfast in our commitment to providing a safe and secure environment for everyone in our school community. This is a difficult time for all of us at Donna Klein. We are approaching this serious situation with the utmost care, keeping the well-being of our students, faculty and families at the forefront."

All suspects presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Do not take this report as factual, always verify facts. Thanks for watching Arrest Stories.
