REALITY TV STAR CHARGED WITH MURDER AFTER CELLMATE FOUND DEAD

Welcome to Arrest Stories. A forty-one-year-old reality TV star from The Discovery Channel's Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch has been charged with murder after his cellmate was found dead in a Las Vegas jail. Here's what may have happened.

Chad Aaron Ollinger was arrested on October twenty-seventh and booked into the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada on a contempt of court charge. Ollinger had previously been identified as a fugitive from another state when taken into custody.

On December twenty-sixth, after the evening meal at the detention center, a deadly incident unfolded. Officers were conducting routine checks when they discovered a male inmate lying motionless inside a cell. According to police reports, correctional officers observed the inmate "suffering from apparent blunt force injuries" and found blood on his face.

Officers immediately attempted to render medical aid to the victim, but he was pronounced deceased at the scene. The victim has been identified as Ollinger's cellmate.

Through their investigation, detectives learned that "a physical altercation occurred between the victim and Ollinger inside of the cell." Police took photographs of both the cell and the victim's body as part of their evidence collection.

Following the discovery, Ollinger was taken into custody and rebooked on charges of open murder. He is currently being held without bond at the Clark County Detention Center.

Ollinger gained fame as a cast member on The Discovery Channel's reality series Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch. The show follows treasure hunters searching for hidden riches and investigating supernatural phenomena on a Utah ranch.

In January, a grand jury indicted Ollinger in connection with the cellmate's death. Prior to his arrest in Nevada, Ollinger had been reported missing in New Mexico by family members in July and had been booked into Gray County jail in February on a charge of driving while license invalid.

The investigation into the December twenty-sixth incident remains active as authorities continue to examine the circumstances surrounding the altercation that led to the cellmate's death.

All suspects presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Do not take this report as factual, always verify facts. Thanks for watching Arrest Stories.
