Dr. Ron DeMeo, a cosmetic doctor, operated Meridian Cosmetic and Meridian Spine in Miami. On September 21, 2023, a second victim, accompanied by her mother, visited DeMeo's office for a cosmetic procedure. The victim, who was scheduled to receive Botox and tattoo removal, was left sedated while her mother waited in the lobby.
According to the arrest affidavit, DeMeo was caught on camera sexually battering a sedated patient during a cosmetic procedure. The second victim only discovered DeMeo's alleged crime when she saw his arrest on social media and immediately called a friend to tell her she was assaulted.
On March 19, 2026, a detective met with the second victim to discuss the alleged assault. The victim then reported the encounter to the police. Miami-Dade corrections booked Ron DeMeo at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on the same day.
A woman who works at DeMeo's office was questioned by the detective on March 24, 2026. The arrest affidavit states that DeMeo allegedly bent the victim over and penetrated her, non-consensual. The second alleged victim's age and identity have not been publicly disclosed.
