MAN ARRESTED FOR THREATENING TO BEHEAD TRUMP ON PARTY FORM

Welcome to Arrest Stories. A sixty-six-year-old West Virginia man faces terroristic threat charges after allegedly posting graphic threats to execute President Trump and murder police officers on social media and political volunteer forms. Here's what may have happened.

On October twelfth, West Virginia State Police received a disturbing complaint from the chair of the Mountain Party regarding violent threats made by Michael Ray Sigmon against high-profile government officials. The complaint detailed a pattern of threatening behavior that had escalated over several months.

According to official reports, Sigmon's threatening communications began appearing as early as April when he completed a volunteer submission form for the West Virginia Mountain Party. In that form, Sigmon allegedly wrote that he would "execute President Donald Trump via beheading" and made specific threats to murder local police officers.

The threats didn't stop there. Investigators say Sigmon continued his campaign of intimidation on social media platforms, posting increasingly graphic messages. In one particularly disturbing post to the Mountain Party's official Instagram account, Sigmon allegedly wrote, "Donald J Trump whom if elected leader in twenty-eight, I will execute on day one on the South lawn."

The scope of Sigmon's alleged threats extended beyond the former president. Police reports indicate he threatened to kill West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey over what he described as "an undetermined amount of currency." He also allegedly targeted billionaire Elon Musk, posting threats about chopping off his head.

In what appears to be an attempt to justify his actions, Sigmon claimed in his communications that "a police officer had recently attempted to kill me in my own home."

Following the complaint on October twelfth, Sigmon was taken into custody in Kanawha County. He now faces charges of making terroristic threats and is being held on a fifty-thousand-dollar cash-only bond.

All suspects presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Do not take this report as factual, always verify facts. Thanks for watching Arrest Stories.
