On February twenty-fourth, twenty twenty-four, an incident unfolded at Club Elan in Georgia that would lead to criminal charges being filed against Baldwin Aronow. According to police reports, the situation began when Baldwin Aronow forced her way into a locked employee bathroom at the establishment.
Baldwin Aronow reportedly told bartender Haleigh Cauley that she needed to change her tampon and asked for a few minutes. The police report states that when Cauley later entered the restroom, Baldwin Aronow removed her tampon and threw it at the bartender. Security footage captured the incident, showing Cauley jumping back out of the bathroom after the tampon was thrown.
The confrontation escalated from there. According to official reports, Baldwin Aronow threw her tampon at victim Jacinto Hills and struck Hills in the private area. During the altercation, Baldwin Aronow also removed a portion of hair from Ian O'Neill's scalp by pulling on the victim's hair.
Despite being instructed to leave the premises, Baldwin Aronow refused to exit the establishment. Police reports indicate that security eventually stepped in to remove her from the club. The official statement noted that Baldwin Aronow can be seen fighting and resisting the entire way outside, with video clearly showing her grabbing and pulling O'Neill's hair and hitting Hills.
On January twenty-sixth, Georgia prosecutors filed court documents containing four misdemeanor criminal charges against Baldwin Aronow, including simple battery, simple assault, battery, and criminal trespass stemming from the Club Elan incident.
