FLORIDA WOMAN ARRESTED FOR FILMING DAMAGING HOUSEHOLD ITEMS ONLINE

Welcome to Arrest Stories. A 31-year-old woman from Florida is facing charges for allegedly urinating on household items in two Airbnb rentals and posting the footage online.

Heres what may have happened.

On March 15, property owner Jacklyn Vasquez filed a criminal mischief case against Nicolette Keough, a 31-year-old woman, after discovering that she had urinated on and damaged various items in her Airbnb rental on Pensacola's North Guillemard Street. According to reports, Keough had filmed herself committing the acts in two separate rentals, which she then uploaded to an adult content website.

According to police reports, Keough damaged property by urinating on objects while staying at the rental, and posted videos online depicting the act. The footage showed her urinating on and destroying items, including a coffee maker, toaster, and chairs. The videos were uploaded to an unidentified OnlyFans-style porn site, where Keough allegedly made money from the explicit content.

Airbnb's Community Support team stated, "This kind of behavior has no place on Airbnb. Property damage incidents during Airbnb stays are rare, and our hosts are backed by our 24/7 global Community Support and AirCover, which are included with every reservation." The team also noted that property damage incidents like this are rare, and their hosts are protected by their support system.

Keough's arrest was a result of Vasquez's complaint against her. According to reports, Vasquez had called 911 several times on June 21, 2024, and Simonetti, who was staying in the rental unit next to Vasquez, began banging pots and pans together, which Vasquez reported as a disturbance.

The incident has garnered attention from multiple news sources, with headlines such as "Florida Woman Arrested For Urinating on Thousands in Airbnb Items, Posted Videos for Profit" and "Florida Woman’s Mugshot Goes Viral After She’s Arrested For Filming Disturbing Acts In Airbnbs."

All suspects presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Do not take this report as factual, always verify facts. Thanks for watching Arrest Stories.
