CHICAGO RAPPER ARRESTED FOR BIZARRE BODILY WASTE BATTERY CHARGE

Welcome to Arrest Stories. Chicago-based rapper MAF Teeski was arrested in Indiana on domestic battery charges involving bodily waste in the presence of a minor. Here's what may have happened.

On Monday, November fourteenth, twenty twenty-five, officers with the Fishers Police Department responded to an unfinished nine-one-one call regarding a physical altercation at a residence in Indiana. When police arrived at the scene, they found a woman and her thirteen-year-old child locked outside the home.

According to police reports, twenty-seven-year-old Terrance Banks, who performs under the stage name MAF Teeski, was described as "barricaded inside the residence." The thirteen-year-old child told investigators he was playing video games when he heard his mother screaming for someone to call nine-one-one. The child reportedly discovered Teeski pinning his mother down on the floor in their bedroom.

Officers observed that the woman "appeared to have multiple lacerations to her face, specifically on her right cheek bone slash nose, with deep bruising slash open wounds, and a disheveled appearance." Police noted she "was experiencing an intense amount of pain due to these observations."

After approximately thirty minutes on scene, Teeski exited the home with his hands raised and was taken into custody at about six thirty in the evening. During questioning, Teeski claimed his girlfriend initiated the fight by slapping him first, according to police reports.

Teeski faces charges of interference with reporting a crime and domestic battery by bodily waste committed in the presence of a child less than sixteen years old. The battery by bodily waste charge involves placing bodily fluids or waste on another person, which is criminalized under state law.

Teeski was booked into the Hamilton County Jail Monday evening and spent the night in custody. He was released the following day after posting a ten thousand dollar cash or surety bond at his first court appearance.

All suspects presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Do not take this report as factual, always verify facts. Thanks for watching Arrest Stories.
