Welcome to Arrest Stories. A fifty-one-year-old Central Florida man was arrested after allegedly exposing himself while performing sexual acts with a vacuum cleaner at a Kissimmee resort. Here's what may have happened.
On January twenty-seventh, twenty twenty-six, Kevin Dale Westerhold was arrested in Oviedo on charges of exposure of sexual organs. The arrest followed multiple incidents at Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee that began surfacing in late January.
The investigation started when witnesses reported seeing a partially clothed male engaged in inappropriate conduct in front of a residence on Grassendale Street. According to deputies, the victims that observed this behavior provided a statement and a cell phone recording of a male, partially clothed, in front of a residence, engaged in a sexual performance with a vacuum cleaner. By the time law enforcement arrived at the scene, the suspect had already left the area.
Deputies soon connected this incident to a separate complaint from January twenty-first involving a nude man walking through shared hallways inside the resort. A resident provided Ring camera footage from that date showing the inappropriate behavior in common areas of the facility.
The investigating deputy canvassed the area on Almaton Loop and spoke with other residents that provided statements of similar behavior by the suspect. Multiple residents came forward with additional video evidence from their security cameras. The incidents were reported to the HOA in December. Blink video was provided to the deputy of similar incidents of the suspect appearing partially clothed or nude within the hallway of the residence.
Court records show that Westerhold and his wife are listed as hosts of Airbnb properties on both Grassendale Street and Almaton Loop within Windsor Hills Resort. The investigation revealed a pattern of indecent exposure incidents occurring in shared spaces throughout the resort community.
Westerhold was ultimately charged with exposure of sexual organs and given a bond of two thousand five hundred dollars.
All suspects presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Do not take this report as factual, always verify facts. Thanks for watching Arrest Stories.
